Employee loyalty

Employee loyalty project - BIG20 Strategy - started in 13 European countries in June, 2009. It was initiated by the international market research association - Business Information Group.

Bazis Intelligence Group is responsible for this project on the territory of Russian Federation. Unlike majority lengthy standard loyalty measurement tools, here, we want you to answer only 20 simple questions. Effectiveness of this method was tested in Russia and in Europe by participating research agencies.

BIG20 Strategy advantages:

  • You can compare your company indexes with the indexes of other companies, both Russian and European: what indexes have lower value?
  • You can develop the loyalty strategy for each department in the company. SWOT-Analysis and Loyalty Pyramid are created for each company overall, as well as individual units.
  • Loyalty indexes are based on different parameters. Respondents use a simple 10-point scale to evaluate management staff, corporate spirit, salary level, etc.
