Employee loyalty
Employee loyalty project - BIG20 Strategy - started in 13 European countries in June, 2009. It was initiated by the international market research association - Business Information Group.
Bazis Intelligence Group is responsible for this project on the territory of Russian Federation. Unlike majority lengthy standard loyalty measurement tools, here, we want you to answer only 20 simple questions. Effectiveness of this method was tested in Russia and in Europe by participating research agencies.

Preliminary results in Russia
It was discovered that salary level is not in the TOP-3 factors which influence employee loyalty. TOP-10 factors that influence employee loyalty level In every participating country, employees are filling the same questionnaire. This will enable us to find out the differences between countries, to understand which factors are the most important for employee loyalty.
